Improved capacity and equipment lifetime for electrostatic percipitators (ESP)
With the right service we can increase equipment lifetime, improve capacity and equipment availability. The service is available for all ESP designs including other OEM equipment. The service includes:

Flue gas scrubber service to keep performance targets
The flue gas scrubber service will increase the life time of your equipment and also make you reach your performance targets such as effciency, pressure drop and power consumption. The flue gas condensing and heat recovery services is tailored to meet higher plant efficiency and also to lower condensing temperature to meet tighten emission limits.
The fluegas condensing and heat recovery services will improve condensting process and/or heat recovery, generate higher plant efficiency and lower condensing temperature to meet tighter emission limits.

Bag house filter service to meet emission limits
We have in-house manufacturing of filters and an in-depth knowledge of filtration process and fabric properties. We can offer several materials for different flue gas conditions. The baghouse filter service helps you to reach the emission limits, estimate the remaining lifetime of the bags and minimize unplanned stops.
We also offer bag house filter additives injection for gaseous pollutant capture.

Flue gas disc dampers - cost efficient and proven design
Our flue gas disc dampers are primary solution for recovery boiler and lime kiln installations. With proven design for good sealing properties, it is a cost-efficient solution of the equipment which needs to be isolated. The service includes inspection, maintenance, and spares.
It is a cost efficient solution for ON/OFF usage on inlet and outlet of the equipment which needs to be isolated. It is available as circular or rectangular design and on different sizes and materials to fit different needs.
